Yes. Each module is its own section of the App, so a college can begin with Admissions, or Fees and Finance, and add Exams and the Academic Calendar later.
Yes. Imports read your spreadsheets (XLSX and CSV): you match their columns to the App's fields, choose the rows, and get back what was refused as a file to fix.
Yes: the same screens work in a browser and in the desktop App for Windows, which is signed and kept up to date.
Each person has the roles of their office. Approvals go to the role above, are made as that person's own act, and every change is kept with who made it and when.
