What these terms cover
These terms cover Orion Education's website (orioneducation.in), the Orion Education App (learn.orioneducation.in) and the sign-in both use (auth.orioneducation.in). By making an account or using the App, you agree to them. How we handle what we keep about you is in our privacy policy.
Your account
Give your real name and an email address that's yours, keep your password to yourself, and use your account alone: one account for one person. We may suspend an account that's misused, and we'll tell you why.
Using the App
The App is for your own preparation, or your institute's students'. Please don't copy or pass on its questions, notes or tests, and don't try to break into it, overload it, or reach what isn't yours.
Exams and their names
CPCT, RRB, SSC and the other exams the App prepares for belong to the bodies that hold them. Orion Education is independent: it isn't part of them, and they don't endorse it. Questions from published papers are given for practice, with their official answers. We help you prepare; the result of an exam is yours, and we can't promise it.
Fees
A course's fee is on its page, or as agreed with us when you enrol, and so is any refund. Where the App asks for a payment, it shows the price before you pay.
What is ours
The App, its content (other than the exams' own published papers), our courses' material, this website and its design are Orion Education's.
The service
We work to keep the App available and correct, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a mistake. As far as the law allows, Orion Education isn't liable for indirect losses from using it. If you find a mistake in a question, report it in the App and we'll look at it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, hear any dispute about them.
